New users can activate their PNB internet banking account online or offline. Registration is essential for secure access to Punjab National Bank’s net banking services, including fund transfers, loan applications, and statement downloads. You must have your registered mobile number active to activate Netbanking.
Retail Internet Bank Registration
Here are the steps to register online for a retail internet bank login:
- Visit the official website of PNB netbanking at netpnb.com.
- Click “Retail Internet Banking”.
- Select ‘New User’.
- On the following screen, choose the type of method you want to proceed with to register your account.
a) If you choose the option to use the debit card activation, click on it. This is an instantaneous procedure. You will be redirected to another window where you can register.
Enter the account number, DoB, and registered mobile number. Make sure you have checked the box saying registration for both internet and mobile banking.
b) If you have chosen the option to go without a debit card, you will be redirected to another interface.
Choose the option to ‘view transactions’ as well as register for internet banking, and provide the necessary details in the gaps given. - Once done, you will be asked to submit the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

- Open the official website of PNB.
- Choose the option of ‘Corporate Internet Banking’.
- On the following page, choose the option of Sole Proprietor Onboarding.
- Enter Details & Validate:
You will be prompted to enter your account number or customer ID.
Provide your Debit Card number and ATM PIN for authentication.
An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to your mobile number registered with the bank for verification.

- Open the ‘Products’ menu and click on ‘Download Forms’.
- On the following page, expand the section of ‘Deposit Related Forms’; click and expand the ‘Internet Banking’ option.
- Look for the form titled ‘PNB – 1212’ or ‘PNB – 1212R’, which is the ‘Application for Registration as Corporate Internet Banking and Mobile Banking User’.
- Fill out the form, take it with you to the bank, and hand it to the teller, along with your request.
