Step 1: Visit the PM Kisan website - https://pmkisan.gov.in/

Step 2: Click on ‘New Farmer’s Registration.

Step 3: Select whether you are registering as a rural farmer or an urban farmer.

Step 4: Then enter your ‘Aadhaar Number’ and ‘Mobile Number’, select your ‘State’, and enter the captcha code.

Step 5: You can then click on the ‘Get OTP’ button to verify your Aadhaar.

Step 6: Enter the OTP you receive on your mobile number then click ‘Submit’.

Step 7: Now you will have to enter the farmer details like the State, District, Sub-district, Block, and Village.

Step 8: You will then need to add personal details like name, gender, category, address, ration card number, and date of birth and choose whether the land ownership is single or joint.

Step 9: Provide the necessary documents like land ownership proof, Aadhaar, and bank details.

Step 10:Review your application then submit it.

  (Exception: Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Class IV, and Group D employees are eligible.)
• Pensioners: Those receiving a monthly pension of ₹10,000 or more are not eligible.
  (Exception: Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Class IV, and Group D pensioners are eligible.)
• Income Taxpayers: Any person who has paid income tax in the last assessment year is excluded from the scheme.
