YES Bank Credit Card Blocking Services
If your credit card has been blocked, you will have to notify the customer care center. Depending on the reason for your card being blocked, they may ask you to either apply for a replacement card or they will unblock the card. Your replacement credit card will be delivered within 7 business days from the date the replacement request is made.

Block YES Bank Credit Card Via Phone Banking
In Case of Card Theft: If your card has been stolen, you will have to block your card immediately.
You can do this by calling 18001031212 if you are in India or +91 22 49350000 if you are overseas.
Block YES Bank Credit Card Through Mobile Application
Otherwise, you can log in to net banking or through YES Bank Mobile Banking application and block your credit card.
- Download the YES Bank Mobile app from the App Store or Play Store
- Register on the YES Mobile using your Credit Card/ Retail Net Banking/Debit Card Information
- Tap on “Credit card” from Carousal which will be found on the bottom
- Click on “Block Lost/Stolen Card”
- Confirm blocking your Credit card by using your MPIN
- Your credit card will be blocked.
Note: Once you confirm the blocking using your MPIN, the bank will immediately block your credit card to prevent any unauthorized transactions or misuse
Block YES Bank Credit Card by SMS
You can also block your credit card if it has been stolen or lost by sending an SMS. The format for the SMS is:
