- Level 1: You initiate the matter by discussing the concern with the Branch Manager for an easier resolution.
- Level 2: Zonal Office: If unsatisfied, escalate your complaint to the Zonal Head’s office.
- Level 3: Under rare circumstances, if the issue is still not resolved then you can contact the Bank’s Principal Nodal Officer at the Head Office. The customers can discuss the matter with the officer in detail
- Level 4: If the above steps haven’t resolved your issue, you have the right to reach out to the Banking Ombudsman or Directorate of Public Grievances.
