Step 2: Enter your PAN and Aadhaar number and click ‘View Link Aadhaar status’

Step 3: If your PAN and Aadhaar is not linked, there will be a POP-UP that asks you to link the same.

Step 4: Enter your PAN and Aadhaar details and follow the onscreen instructions.
Step 5: Enter an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Note:
- Ensure your mobile number is registered with both your PAN and Aadhaar card.
- Make sure you have the correct 12-digit Aadhaar number and 10-digit PAN number readily available.

How to Make Payment of Aadhaar PAN Link
Step 1: Visit the e-Filing portal home page and click on ‘Link Aadhaar’

Step 2: Enter your PAN number and Aadhaar number.

Step 3: Click on continue to pay through e-pay Tax.

Step 4: Enter your ‘PAN’ and confirm your PAN, mobile number to receive ‘OTP’.

Step 5: After the OTP verification, you will be redirected to e-pay tax page

Step 6: Click on ‘Proceed’ on the ‘Income tax’ tile.

Step 7: Select the ‘Assessment year’ and ‘Type of payment’ as ‘Other receipts(500) and click ‘Continue’
Step 8: The amount will be pre-filled against ‘Others’ and click ‘Continue’.

The challan will be generated in the next screen, where yui select your mode of payment and make the payment.
After the payment you can link your Aadhaar with PAN on the e-Filing portal.

Steps to Link PAN Aadhaar Card Without Login
Step 1: Go to the e-filing portal home page and click on ‘Link Aadhaar’ on the left side under ‘Quick links’

Step 2: Enter your PAN and ‘Aadhaar number’ and click on ‘Validate’

Step 3: Enter the details required like ‘Name’ , ‘Mobile number’ and click on the required boxes and click on ‘Link Aadhaar’ on the right corner.

Step 4: Enter the 6 digit OTP received on your mobile number that you put in previously and click on ‘Validate’.

Step 5: The request for linking Aadhaar and PAN will be submitted and you can check the Aadhaar PAN link status.
