Sundaram Finance FD Calculator

Estimate your potential returns on your fixed deposit by using an online FD calculator. The calculator offers you a convenient way to ensure that your investment plans align with your financial goals.

Input your deposit amount, interest rate and tenure to get the estimated maturity amount.

%
Maturity Date :
Invested Amount :  ₹10,000
Interest Amount :  ₹666
Maturity Amount :  ₹10666

Another way to calculate the FD maturity amount is by using the formula:

A=P x (1+r/n)^nt

Where:
A = Maturity amount
P = Principal amount
r = Annual interest rate
n = Number of times interest is compounded per year
t = Tenure of the FD in years

For example:
P = ₹20,000
r = 7.45%
n = 1 year

Substituting these values into the formula:

A=20,000 x (1+0.0745/1)^1x 1

A=20,000 x (1.0745)

A=21,490

So, the maturity amount after 1 year for a fixed deposit of Rs. 20,000 at an interest rate of 7.45% per annum would be Rs. 21,490.
