Check your Name on the Voter List


The Indian Election Commission has uploaded the 2024 voter list to its official website. You can check your name on the voter list using the online system without going to a booth with only your ID proof and other documents. In the case of mistakes and other issues, the changes can be made at least ten days before the election. Once the voting process starts, no alterations can be made.

You can check your name on the voter list on the NVSP (National Voters Service Portal) in three ways:

You can also choose to check your name in the voter list by just entering your mobile number. Here are the steps to search for your name on the voter list using the 'Search by Mobile' option:

  1. Visit the official website of NVSP and click on “Search in Electoral Roll”.

  3. Choose the “Search by Mobile” option and fill in the details such as your state and language.

  5. Next, enter your mobile number, Captcha code and click on “Send OTP”.

If you have your EPIC number (Voter ID number), you can check if your name is on the voter list. Follow the steps below to find your name in the voter list using your EPIC number:
