The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has set up UIDAI Centres across the country to assist you. You can locate one and solve your queries following these steps:

- Call 1947 and wait for the representative to answer.
- Clearly state your purpose: Track Aadhaar Complaint Status.
- Provide your Complaint Reference Number when prompted.

Aadhaar Public Grievance Portal (Online)
Go to the myAadhaar UIDAI of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and follow the steps given below:
- Visit the My Aadhaar Official Website – myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in
- Scroll down and click on ‘Check Grievance / Feedback Status’.
- Enter your SRN Number (or Service Request Number)
- Enter Captcha and click “Submit”

Aadhaar SRN (Service Request Number) is a 28 digit unique code generated when someone requests changes or updates to their Aadhaar details. It helps track the status of the request and ensures secure communication regarding Aadhaar-related services.
